Remote Support – $95 per hour, with a 1 hour minimum

New remote support customers will be asked to pay for the service call up front.

On Site Support – $95 per hour, with a 1 hour minimum. On site support is limited to the Greater Jacksonville, FL metro area. Other areas by special arrangement.

Established clients who utilize 5 hours of support will be offered a half hour minimum billing for remote support.
